Research Project
1. Competing Land Use After Land Reform: This project was done by Professor Chang-fu Yin, Graduate School of Land Economics, National Chengchi University.
2. Evaluation of the Two-Rate Property Tax in Taiwan with a Focus on Valuation Issue: This project is sponsored by the David C. Lincoln Fellowship of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. This is a 13-month project starting from November 15th, 2004 through December 15th, 2005. The principle investigators are Dr. Chi-Mei Lin, Chief of Land Policy Division of the Center, and Dr. Tzu-Chin Lin, Associate Professor, Department of Real Estate and Built Environment, National Taipei University.
